Welcome to the Organization of Colleges of Nursing – New Jersey (OCN-NJ)

OCN-NJ is the voice for higher education in nursing in the state of New Jersey. Membership in OCN-NJ is comprised of the chief nursing administrator of schools of nursing in New Jersey that offer a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing.

Our MISSION is to advocate for baccalaureate and graduate education as the choice for nursing preparation, and to be recognized as the voice for nursing education as we contribute to the advancement of healthcare quality and safety throughout New Jersey.

Our VISION: OCN-NJ aspires to remain the catalyst fostering a consistently high-quality healthcare enterprise for the patients, communities, and collaborative agencies and institutions throughout New Jersey.
